Gibson Les Paul 1979 Heritage Cherry

Here we have a stunning 1979 Gibson Les Paul Standard in Cherry Sunburst! It's such a great guitar and sings like a bird!

Of course, you'd expect a guitar this age to have some marks etc but the overall condition is actually quite good.

Bad points...

• non original pickups (made in Japan super 57 on neck. Nothing stamped on bridge pup)

• Neck has been refinished at some point which has slightly covered the serial but it's still just visible

• Non original case

• Buckle rash on the rear and a hole where a previous strap button was housed

Good points

• good overall condition

• No dreaded neck break

• Birdseye maple top

• Super fast slim neck

• Frets are original (will need a stone soon)

• Added Gibson mojo 😉
